How do I set up an account on-line?
From the homepage, click on the “Sign In” link; fill out the information required in the “New Users” section. It’s that easy. Once your online account is opened. You may update information held in your profile such as mailing/billing addresses, order history, and you can change your password. Click on the “Home” link to start shopping.

 

How do I check an order or how do I track an order after it has been shipped?
When you first “Sign In” to the website, your orders will be listed for you. Click on a particular order and a screen displaying the items purchased, price paid and order status will show. If a package has been shipped, the order status will indicate shipped. Underneath the “Shipped” is a “Track” link. Click on the Track link and UPS online tracking site will open with the tracking number in place for you.

You can also get to your order information from any screen by clicking the “Your Account” link at the top of each page.

 

How long does it take to ship my order once placed?
Orders are pulled Monday thru Friday, 7am to 3pm. All in-stock items are shipped the business day.

 

Do I have to wait for my order if one item is out-of-stock?
It is your choice. When we pull the order and find that an item is out-of-stock, we will notify you via e-mail and phone. We will ask you if you would like to hold the order for that item or ship that item separately.

 

How do I open an online credit account?
In order to set you up on an open account, we must first receive a credit application. You may print the application from our website and fax it in to us at 1-800-538-4566. The application will then be reviewed and if approved, we will notify you of your credit line.

 

When will my credit card get charged?
We will charge your credit card just before shipping your order.

 

Does the website include your full line of products, or are there other products available?
